When you referral our services to the landlord, you will be protected on any future sales or leasing of that property through a signed non-compete agreement. Plus we will compensate agents a 100% of the first month’s management fee collected on the property you refered.

Is there any maintenance or management issues that needs to be handled on the property? We will handle tenant maintenance, repair calls, rent collection, bill payments, evictions, and all other management services.
